BCRR - The Balkan Center for Regulatory Reform. 

The founders of the BCRR are a group of reputable lawyers, economists and academics from the Western Balkan region. The founders recognize that the Western Balkans countries need a more efficient and market-oriented environment which will boost market reforms. Regulatory reforms and business simplification can increase investments, business start-ups and increased employment. In the next couple of years, there will be very intensive legislative activity because of the necessity to comply with the EU legislation, as well as the need to complete the process of reform. This is why it is urgent to implement systemic solutions which will improve the quality of new laws and other regulations.

AmCham-  American Chamber of Commerce

AmCham-  American Chamber of Commerce represents some of the largest and most influential foreign and local enterprises in the country. AmCham Serbia possesses the capacity to serve as a powerful agent of change in Serbia's process of economic development. AmCham carries out this role by tapping into the knowledge and experience of its many members, using it to advocate and support the reform process through government relations and advocacy committees' work. In addition to engaging highest-ranking government representatives in a dialog at monthly luncheons, AmCham Serbia has developed close cooperation and meets regularly with key government figures in the economic reform process. The most important part of AmCham activities in the field of the reform process go through the work of the advocacy committees. Currently, their members are actively working on and making a difference on six different fronts: Intellectual Property Rights Committee (IPR), Tax Committee, Overseas Security Advisory Council (OSAC), Information and Communications Technology Committee (ICT), Finance Committee, Health Care Task Force and HR Workforce Development Task Force. Their work has already given way to tangible results such as quality legislation, more effective law implementation, and grass root attitude changes among others.

AMSPPS - Association of Small and Medium Enterprises and Entrepreneurs of Serbia

BCC – Belgrade Chambers of Commerce

Belgrade Chambers of Commerce is over 150 years old and gathers interest based independent business oriented organizations that have economic activities in the city of Belgrade. Business Chambers of Serbia continues and fosters 152 long tradition of business association in Serbia. The leading and most important business association in the country based on the law gathers over 100 000 companies and 200 000 entrepreneurs. Financial Sector Associations

ASB – Associations of Serbian Banks. 

The Association of Serbian Banks strives to build a position for and strengthen the reputation of the Serbian banking sector both locally and abroad. Within the ASB, the following separate organizational units were formed: Bank Training Center, Credit Bureau and  Interbank Clearing.

Thanks to the engagement of the representatives of banks and the ASB there are 11 active expert ASB committees for: credit-monetary policy and banking supervision; financial markets development; foreign economic relations; compliance function; retail operations; legal operations; accounting, internal auditing and taxation; information technologies and standardization; payment systems and electronic banking; professional education and marketing and PR.

The ASB Bank Training Centre organizes professional training for employees in the field of banking and finance, symposia, seminars, round-tables and lectures for bank apprentices taking the apprentice exams.

The members of the Association of Serbian Banks are all banks operating in Serbia. Major Associations activities:

Association of Leasing Companies of Serbia

Business Association of Leasing Companies, ALCS was established in June 2004 as non-profit organization, as initiative of SEED, a World Bank program for development of SMEs in SE Europe. Foundation for the Advancement of Economics- FREN

CeSID - Center for Free Elections and Democracy

Center for Free Elections and Democracy is a non-partisan and non-profit organization. The Belgrade Fund for Political Excellence

BFPE’s primary goal is to contribute to the formation and development of both a democratically- oriented political elite (in parliament, political parties, and in institutions on the national, regional and local levels) and to this same development of leaders in other society sectors (state administration, non-governmental organizations, media, culture, law, unions, and the work place).

The Balkan Investigative Reporting Network

Mission is to build and strengthen an interconnected cadre of journalists across the Balkans, probing and analyzing key transition issues and the process of European integration for policy-makers and the public at large. BIRN is taking steps towards self-sustanability, while also striving to secure its position as the premier Balkan investigative and analytical journalism organization and addressing the need for objective, quality, sustainable reporting on the region's political, economic and EU integration challenges.
